Dark Paris is a refined and elegant Bucephalandra variety, known for its elongated leaf shape and deep, subdued tones. The leaves present a clean, streamlined profile, making it a versatile plant for both detailed scapes and minimal layouts.

This plant has been grown emersed, however it is already producing fresh submersed growth, giving you a clear indication of how it will transition and develop in your aquarium. The new submersed leaves are more robust and will gradually replace the older emersed foliage over time.

As with most Bucephalandra, some degree of melt is expected during the transition phase — this is completely normal. Once established, the plant will stabilise and begin producing stronger, more vibrant submersed leaves adapted to your tank conditions.

This makes it a great option for hobbyists who want a slightly more affordable entry into premium Buce, while still receiving a plant that is already on its way to full submersed conversion.
