Bucephalandra Catherinae Clump
Bucephalandra catherinae – Clump
A beautiful, well-established clump of Bucephalandra catherinae, featuring masses of narrow, heavily textured leaves with gorgeous deep green, bronze and reddish tones.
This is a mature multi-growth clump, making it perfect for instantly adding detail and character to driftwood or stone without waiting for several individual plants to fill in. Under good lighting and stable conditions, the new growth can develop particularly rich colouration and a beautiful glossy finish.
Like most Bucephalandra, catherinae is a slow-growing and relatively undemanding plant that thrives attached to hardscape. Its compact growth makes it especially useful for foreground and midground detailing in planted aquariums.
Care: Easy–Moderate
Lighting: Low–High
CO₂: Not required, but beneficial
Growth Rate: Slow
Placement: Foreground / Midground / Hardscape
Propagation: Rhizome division
Important: Do not bury the rhizome. Attach the clump to rock or driftwood, or position the roots in substrate while leaving the rhizome exposed.
