Bucephalandra Macro clump
Bucephalandra ‘Macro’ Clump
Bucephalandra ‘Macro’ Clump is a beautiful compact Buce variety featuring tiny, rounded green leaves and an extremely dense growth habit. These established clumps provide a substantial amount of plant from the start, making them perfect for instantly adding fine detail and mature growth to driftwood, rockwork, nano aquariums and foreground areas.
These clumps are supplied emersed grown, with dense, healthy and well-established growth ready to transition into the aquarium.
From our experience, miniature Buce types tend to convert to submersed growth quite slowly compared with larger varieties. However, the transition is generally very gentle, with minimal leaf melt. Existing emersed leaves can remain healthy for an extended period while new submersed growth gradually develops.
Like other Bucephalandra, Mini Type is a slow-growing epiphyte and should be attached to rock or driftwood rather than having the rhizome buried. Over time, the clump will continue to develop into an incredibly dense mass of miniature foliage.
