Bucephalandra ‘Super Mini Phantom’ is an exceptionally compact Buce variety prized for its tiny, dark green leaves, subtle reddish-brown tones and incredibly dense growth habit. Its miniature foliage makes it perfect for creating highly detailed areas of an aquascape without becoming oversized or dominating the hardscape.

This listing is for a large, established emersed-grown clump, providing a substantial amount of mature growth from the start. It can be kept together as an impressive feature clump or carefully divided into several smaller portions for placement throughout an aquascape.

From our experience, these super-miniature Buce varieties transition to submersed growth quite slowly, but generally do so with minimal leaf melt. Existing emersed foliage can persist for a considerable period while the plant gradually produces its new submersed growth.

Attach the rhizomes to rock, driftwood or other hardscape, ensuring they are not buried beneath the substrate. With time, Super Mini Phantom develops into an incredibly intricate, dense mat of miniature Buce foliage.
