Bucephalandra Upper Ghost

Bucephalandra ‘Upper Ghost’ – Emersed Grown

Bucephalandra ‘Upper Ghost’ is a striking variety featuring dark, elongated foliage with beautiful blue, purple and metallic highlights. Its darker mature leaves are contrasted by reddish stems and lighter fresh growth, giving the plant plenty of character even in its emersed form.

These plants are supplied emersed grown and will gradually transition once placed underwater. As new submerged foliage develops, the plant can display stronger metallic and iridescent colouration. Some older emersed leaves may deteriorate during this transition.

Upper Ghost is a fantastic choice for Buce collections, driftwood and detailed rockwork, particularly when paired with brighter green varieties for contrast.
