Myriophyllum Guyana
Myriophyllum ‘Guyana’
Myriophyllum ‘Guyana’ is a beautiful and compact stem plant prized for its delicate, finely feathered foliage and dense growth habit. Its intricate leaves create a soft, highly detailed texture that adds depth and contrast to any planted aquarium.
Unlike many larger Myriophyllum varieties, ‘Guyana’ maintains a relatively compact form, making it an excellent choice for the midground or background of both nano and larger aquascapes. Regular trimming encourages branching and allows it to develop into a dense, bushy group.
A relatively forgiving plant, ‘Guyana’ can be grown without injected CO₂, although CO₂ supplementation, good nutrition and stronger lighting will encourage faster, more compact and vibrant growth.
