Extremely rare within the hobby, Green Skeleton King is almost always offered in its emersed form. This particular specimen has been successfully grown fully submersed, making it a truly unique collector's plant.

Please note: Bucephalandra Green Skeleton King is notoriously difficult to maintain underwater. It requires highly stable water parameters, consistent CO₂, and does not respond well to sudden changes in conditions. In our own experience, we originally grew four Green Skeleton Kings, and after months of cultivation, this is the only specimen that successfully adapted and continued growing submersed.

The price reflects not only the rarity of the variety itself, but also the significant time, effort, and risk involved in producing a proven submersed-grown specimen.
