Bucephalandra Black Ventii
Bucephalandra ‘Black Ventii’ – Emersed Grown
Bucephalandra ‘Black Ventii’ is a striking variety featuring deep green to near-black foliage, gently rippled leaf edges and rich reddish stems. As it settles into an aquarium, new submerged growth can develop beautiful darker tones with subtle blue and metallic highlights.
These plants are supplied emersed grown, so some transition or leaf melt can occur when first introduced underwater. With stable conditions, fresh submerged leaves will begin to develop from the rhizome.
An excellent choice for attaching to rock, driftwood or hardscape, where its dark foliage provides fantastic contrast against brighter green and red plants.
