Bucephalandra ‘Moonlight’

A beautiful and highly sought-after Bucephalandra variety, Moonlight is known for its broad, textured leaves and deep green colouration. Under aquarium lighting, the foliage can develop a subtle metallic sheen that gives this variety a particularly striking appearance.

These plants are supplied emersed grown and will gradually adapt to submerged aquarium conditions. Some older emersed leaves may deteriorate or melt during the transition—this is completely normal as the plant begins producing new submersed foliage.

Like most Bucephalandra, Moonlight is a slow-growing rhizome plant that is best attached to rock or driftwood rather than buried in substrate. Once established, it makes an impressive feature plant for shaded areas, hardscape and Buce collections.
